The Lowdown On Features
PRE-FILTERING PUMP:
This above ground pool pump and filter features a pre-filtering strainer basket and a double reinforced 15 inch molded tank that can hold up to 77.2 pounds of sand. It is recommended for pools up to 12000 gallons (for example, circular pools 20'x 52" or 21'x 48").
COMPATIBLE WITH FILTER BALLS:
Our pool sand filter is also compatible with polyester pool filter balls. These balls have a stronger adsorption capacity and faster filtration speed compared to traditional filter media. The pump flow rate is 2250 gal/h, and the system flow rate is 1680 gal/h (with 77 lbs sand) or 1840 gal/h (with 2.2 lbs filter balls). It can completely filter a 9200 gal pool in just 5 hours. Please note that sand and filter balls are not included in the package.
MULTI-PORT FILTRATION:
The 7-way multi-port provides easy use and quick back-washing (Filter, Backwash, Winter, Re-Circulate, Closed, Rinse, and Waste). The recirculation mode allows you to circulate the water without passing through the sand or filter balls, which greatly facilitates your chemical treatment of pool water.
LOW NOISE DESIGN:
Our sand pool filter pump meets multiple safety certifications of Europe and North America. It is designed and optimized to run with low noise (65 dp), much quieter than others.
ALL-IN-1 PACKAGE:
This complete filter set includes a 35 L / 9.3 gal tank, 1/2 HP pump, filter base, 7-way multi-port valve, and other accessories. Everything you need for quick installation and simple operation is included.
